Seeking experienced Pediatric MD, Pediatric DO, Pediatric Nurse Practitioner, or Physician AssistantThis is an excellent opportunity for an empathetic provider who truly wants to make a difference in the community and wants to join an independent pediatric practice. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic, caring, and compassionate and wants to join a team of like-minded providers.
Role:The Pediatric MD, Pediatric DO, Pediatric Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant participates in the direction and provision of medical services, maintaining standards of care.
– Provides direct patient care, case management, consultation and collaboration with other team members- Ensures continuity of care by sharing in providing after-hours emergency call coverage and attending staff meetings.
Knowledge and Skills required:– Skill in taking medical history to assess medical conditions and interpret findings- Skill in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with patients, medical staff, and general public- Knowledge of professional medical theory and practice to provide and evaluate patient care- Knowledge of organizational policies, regulations, and procedures to administer patient care.- Knowledge of common safety hazards and precautions to establish a safe work environment- Ability to react calmly and effectively in emergency situations- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Qualifications for Pediatriation, Pediatric MD, Pediatric DO, Pediatric Nurse Practitioner: – MD / Nurse practitioner- NJ licensed- Board certified or board eligible- DEA and CDS license- Knowledge of EMR / EHR (electronic health records) – Office Practicum is a plus- Spanish language is a plus
